Summary
Gravity Blender is an energy-saving blender developed in cooperation with Semco Flo-Tronics (USA). This system can blend powder and granular materials when extracting them without circulation.
Feature
- The materials are blended by the force of gravity. It is an energy-saving blender, which does not require motive power.
- The system is suitable for the blending of large amounts of materials. The system does not have moving parts so that it can be operated with a minimal amount of maintenance.
- Since the system utilizes the force of gravity, the crushing of granules can be kept to a minimum.
Application Specification
For conveying PE, PP, PS, PVC, PVA, nylon, polyurethane, polyacetal (pellets), carbonaceous materials, iron powder, etc.
